Francisco Zuluaga was one of the best defender in Colombian history, he was the best Colombian defender in 50s, he played 1962 world cup scoring a goal and he was part of the "Blue Ballet" the Millonarios from the 50s playing along to players as Alfredo di stefano, Adolfo Pedernera, Nestor Rossi or Julio Cozzi.
He was a very fighter defender, with good speed too and good shooting.
